Your body loves you, it’s time to love her back! 
In this wellness workshop for women, we will learn to love and accept ourselves from the foundation of our bodies.  Our bodies deserve our love and gratitude for everything they have done and continue to do for us–especially if they don’t look the way we think they should. 
This workshop will integrate Qoya, a gentle yoga and dance practice,
creative writing, and group participation.  We will explore the emotions that support our love towards our bodies.  That emotion creates ripples that affect everything and everyone in our lives. 
We will conclude our time together with another exciting movement exercise, a guided meditation, and circle sharing. You will leave with inspired ideas and tools to carry with you into your day, your week and your month to help you continue on your journey to BodyLove!
